Our customers love our help desk! Here are a few tips on effectively using the Tobin Solutions help desk.
- We're on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Remember to call (not email) for urgent/emergency issues.
- Use email only for non-urgent/non-emergency issues.
- Never leave urgent/emergency voice mails directly for specific engineers - they may be out of the office and won't receive your message. Always select #1 for the help desk and follow any instructions indicated.

Many of you or people you know will be doing some holiday shopping online. Those online retailers will be sending you emails with confirmations, package tracking information, and more. Email/virus scam artists understand this and will be sending even more emails that look and seem real from common retailers like Amazon, Target, Walmart, and many others.
Carefully scrutinize any emails you receive and act very carefully. If you have any doubt, delete them. Instead, go directly (NOT via the email) to the website of the retailer via your browser, log in with your ID and password, and then you can check order status, shipping status, and more. Have a cyber-safe holiday season.

Microsoft has announced that cloud storage is now simply a feature for paid Office 365 subscriptions and not something you pay extra for.
Beginning now for some tiers of Office 365 service and extending to the business tiers next year, Microsoft will be increase the currently great 1TB of space to unlimited! Wow!
