The highlights of this issue are without a doubt the soft and elegant 'Daydream' collection. Certainly worth picking up.

This just in...

Some great new products have come in over the last few weeks, so here's a quick roundup if you haven't kept track.

Knitter's Pride Karbonz

These unique new needles feature carbon fiber bodies and brass tips. The carbon has a little bit of flex and is warm to the touch like wood or bamboo, while the tips are as pointed and precise as you could ask for.

We have DPN singles and kits, and interchangeable circular kits in store.

Valerie's Closet Bags

These project bags fall into the realm of being too precious for their own good, as they are made by our very dear Valerie from the North Van store (where would we be without her!?!)

These have been in high demand behind the scenes here for years, and Julia had an excellent write-up on the blog recently.

Alchemy Yarns

Ok, so these aren't new, but we haven't featured them recently, if ever, and they're one of our favourite luxury brands.

We've got oodles of Kosmos, Sanctuary (left, bottom), Tweedy (left, top), and Haiku, all of which are a special blend of high-end fibres.

While they have lots of great patterns, my hands-down favourite is Gina Wilde's Wisdom Wrap, which you MUST go check out right now. And then knit.

Spring Classes

There are a few classes starting in the next week or two that are either filling up, or in need of just a few more students, so spread the word if you think your friends or family might be interested!

Beyond Beginner Knitting with Sandra: Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm, March 12, 19, 26, and April 2

And since Spring Break is nearly upon us (March 9-20 for the local schools)...
