Valentine's Day Knitting  

It may be the depths of winter out east and in the rest of the country, so it seems like as good a time as any to add some... heat to your knitting ;) Normally, I am not one to pay attention to such holidays, but hey, it's an excuse to put together some themed knitting projects.

I Carry Your Heart is an adorable little tam worked in Blue Sky Alpacas Sport Weight. While white and red makes sense for the season, more subdued colours would make an excellent year-round hat.

Sacre Coeur is a truly gorgeous little lace shawl. A bit more subtle than the tam, it would be perfect in any of our sock yarns (perhaps in Tosh Sock, in Tart?)

And my final pick is 44 hearts cowl. I think it's actually quite cute and very clever. We have A LOT of aran weight yarns, probably best to come in and for advice on picking the latest favourite ;)
