Everyone On is a national nonprofit working to eliminate the digital divide by making high-speed, low-cost Internet service and computers, and free digital literacy courses accessible to all unconnected Americans.

When is Medicare Open Enrollment?
It is from Oct 15th through Dec 7th 2015

Every year, Medicare's open enrollment period is October 15th - December 7th. Medicare health and drug plans can change each year affecting cost, coverage, providers and pharmacy networks. From October 15th to December 7th is when all people with Medicare can change their Medicare health plans and prescription drug coverage for the following year to better meet their needs

Not Old Enough for Medicare and Need Insurance
Visit the Health Insurance Exchange
The yearly Open Enrollment Period is when people can enroll in a health insurance plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace. This enrollment period is for people not on Medicare yet. For 2016 coverage, the Open Enrollment Period is November 1, 2015 - January 31, 2016. People may qualify for Special Enrollment Periods allowing them to enroll outside of Open Enrollment if they have certain life events, like getting married, having a baby, or losing other coverage.

What is SHIP?
SHIP is a free health benefits counseling service for Medicare beneficiaries and their families or caregivers. 

SHIPs mission is to educate, advocate, counsel and empower people to make informed healthcare benefit decisions. SHIP is an independent program funded by Federal agencies and is not affiliated with the insurance industry.

SHIP Counseling is FREE of charge
State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIPs) provide free help to Medicare beneficiaries who have questions or issues with their health insurance. You can call a counselor or attend a workshop/presentation in your area.
