News Highlights that caught
our attention.

April 16, 2013 - Wednesday
National Healthcare Decisions Day
National Healthcare Decisions Day exists to inspire, educate and empower the public and professionals about the importance of Advance Care Planning. National Healthcare Decisions Day is an initiative to encourage everyone to express their wishes regarding healthcare and document those decisions.

About Advance Directives
All adults should think about what their healthcare choices would be if they are unable to speak for themselves. These decisions can be written down in an "Advance Directive" so that others know what they are. Learn more about Advance Directives - CLICK HERE

The Conversation Project
The Conversation Project is dedicated to helping people talk about their wishes for end-of-life care. The goal is to transform our culture so we shift from not talking about dying to talking about it.
