March 20, 2013 - Wednesday Senior Day at the Capitol Presented by Colorado Senior Lobby Location: Denver, Colorado On March 20, 2013, Colorado Senior Lobby will be sponsoring the annual Senior Day at the Capitol. Starting with a free continental breakfast and offering a nominally priced lunch (or you are welcome to bring your own) this event provides an opportunity to talk to your legislators, a look at issues facing seniors in Colorado and a chance to network with other seniors. This is an eight week health education class that covers falls as something you can control, exercises to increase strength and improve balance and other topics.
