ideasEURASHE is taking part in the IDEAS initiative aiming at Identifying Effective Approaches to Enhancing the Social Dimension of Higher Education.

The first stage of this project is to gather case studies that have a demonstrable impact on improving equity in higher education.

Following the collection of case studies we will analyse them by creating a typology of intervention and further refining the criteria and characteristics of each intervention. Finally we will create a toolbox of effective approaches and widely promote them through a lecture tour in 10 institutions in Europe.

Participate in the collection of case studies improving equity with the IDEAS grid!

trendsThe European University Association is currently preparing its next Trends Report (to be published in 2015). The Trends surveys aim to feed an institutional perspective into European higher education policy discussions. EURASHE invites professional higher education institutions to take part in this new edition of the Trends report.

These reports have become sources of information and reference for policy makers and the higher education community alike. The 2015 Trends survey will concentrate on learning and teaching
in European higher education.

If you think your institution may be interested in participating, please contact the Trends team at trends@eua.be. The questionnaire is aimed at the institutional leadership of higher education institutions. The deadline for submitting the questionnaire to the EUA secretariat is 30 April 2014.
