MAP-ESG launch conference in Copenhagen

The launch conference of the report Mapping the implementation and application of the ESG in the EHEA will present the findings of the mapping exercise which took place in the course of 2010/2011 by the project partners EURASHE, EUA, ENQA and ESU, and discuss the recommendations to the Bologna Process ministerial conference 2012 on further development of the ESG.


This conference is organised by ENQA, in collaboration with the EURASHE, EUA and ESU and will be held on the 17th January 2012 in Copenhagen, Denmark


It is expected to gather members of the Bologna Follow-Up Group, representatives of ministries, national rectors' conferences, student organisations, quality assurance agencies, employers, and higher education institutions.

The deadline for registrations is 9 January 2012. There is no participation fee for this event, but registration is mandatory.

22nd EURASHE Annual Conference in Riga

EURASHE is pleased to invite you to its 22nd Annual Conference titled "Lifelong Learning: professionally oriented higher education & the welfare society".


On this occasion the  FLLLEX project will be presented, in particular the instrument which has been developed in order to implement Lifelong Learning strategies in higher education institutions. This is a project initiated and supported by EURASHE, which aims at identifying challenges and implications of the incorporation of Lifelong Learning into European Higher Education institutions.


This interesting event will be preceded by the 2012 EURASHE General Assembly and crosscutting Working Group thematic session, which will be held on the 9th of May at the same venue.  


Both events will be hosted by the BA School of Business and Finance in Riga and held on 10th and 11th May 2012 at the Radison Blue Hotel.


The provisional agenda will be available soon and registrations will open in January: stay tuned and reserve the dates!


News from the Secretariat
The Secretariat is pleased to announce the launch of a brand-new EURASHE website in the framework of the association's new Communication Strategy. The Secreatariat is working hard in order to make it perfect. This tool will soon be enriched by a helpful Library and an interactive Members' Area. We would like to ask all our members  who are interested in promoting their news, publication and good practice to contact the Secretariat.
