ATTENTION PARENTS - KEY REMINDERS

- Please arrive 5 minutes before class so that your child is ready to enter the classroom on time (Please do not arrive an hour before class - our lobby space is VERY limited and we want to try and limit the congestion)
- Students should be dressed before you arrive for class
- Students should use the restroom immediately before class starts
- ENTRANCE - Please enter the studio from the main lobby
- EXIT - Please exit the studio from the back door which is located down the hallway past the restrooms. If you are waiting on your child during class we ask that you move to the back hallway right before time for class to end. PLEASE HELP US WITH TRAFFIC FLOW BY USING THE BACK DOOR TO EXIT
- Parents are not allowed in the classroom. We promise that your child will be fantastic if you leave them in the classroom with their teacher. (You can watch via the TV room if necessary)

Just a reminder that we have a secure customer portal that can be found on our home page at www.dancefevercharlotte.com It is the blue button labeled "Existing & Previous Student Login." By listing your complete billing history, the customer portal can quickly answer questions you have about charges related to dance. Here is a quick summary of features offered on our secure customer portal:
- See all charges and payments related to dance class
- Pay dance charges online with a VISA/MC debit or credit card
- Update & change credit or debit card information related to our autodraft program
- Enroll or Drop classes
