Hi! I guess you're eager to hear about the "trip of a lifetime" I went on earlier this month: rafting on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon!
It truly is hard to describe... stunning rocks as old as 1.6 billion years old; the river with a depth ranging from mere inches to 100 ft, water speeds from 3 to 15 mph, sometimes clear, oftimes looking like Yoo-hoo; hearing the stories about earlier river runners, sometimes quite comical although often tragic; camping out underneath a blanket of stars, each site unique and exquisite unto itself with the river at our side, in silence or sounds of Nature; being in community and feeling so taken care of; and, living in the wilderness simply. It's an experience not to be described, and surely not to be forgotten. Knowing that only 20,000 visitors each year are permitted to see the Canyon by river made me feel honored and even more appreciative than I already had been in managing to go on this trip. So as we were helicoptered out of the canyon (a mile up) - another dramatic keynote of the trip - I cried tears of gratitude, and yes, sadness at leaving the simple life on the river, in Nature, with 'family'.

General Computer
When designing house interiors, web pages, or computer applications, you need to find good color scheme - a set of colors producing the best impression. For every tint there are colors which it can coexist with, and which it can't. Some combinations are uncomfortable, or disturbing, while others are more pleasant.
Experienced designers choose colors intuitively; many people can smell what colors go together well and what don't. For others though, finding the right combination of colors can sometimes be long and grueling work. Here's a tool that will find a set of colors you can start with, and then reach the optimal color palette.
The Palleton Color Scheme Designer application generates color schemes of several types. Every scheme is based on one (base) color, which is supplemented with additional colors making together the best visual impression.

Tracking Email Opens
Have you ever had this question too: My contact opened my email. Why don't I see their email address in the email's opens report?Your email opens report lets you know who opened your email and when, but it's not always 100% accurate. Constant Contact can only detect and record when your contact opens your email if at least one of the following happens: -
Invisible Tracking Image Displays - CC embeds an invisible image at the very top of every email you send. When someone opens your email, that image loads and sends data back to CC to let them know the email was opened.
- Contact Clicks a Link - If the hidden open tracking image doesn't display, CC can still detect that the email was opened if any link is clicked. The link's URL has to begin with http://, rather than with the https:// secure form.
Constant Contact Can't Track When a Contact Opens Your Email If They...
