KILDEER OFFICER RETIRES
William Kukla retired as a full-time Police Officer after serving 25 years in Kildeer. Bill will continue his service to the Police Department on a part-time basis performing administrative duties.
Mayor Black presented a commendation from the Board of Trustees to Officer Kukla at the March meeting.

 DRUG ABUSE & SPORTS INJURIES
Prescription drug abuse is the cause of more deaths from overdosing than heroin, cocaine and other illegal drugs combined. On Wednesday, April 7th at 7pm the connection between sports injuries and the misuse of narcotic painkillers by teens will be discussed. If you have teenagers and prescription drugs in your medicine cabinet you should consider attending this free event.
