Above & Beyond Giving Sunday
As you may be aware, the church has experienced a decline in giving this past year. We are asking the congregation to prayerfully consider giving a sacrificial offering this Sunday, Above & Beyond your regular tithes and offerings. This increase will allow us to meet some year-end obligations. If you are unable to give Above & Beyond this Sunday, we have two additional sacrificial giving days: November 22 and December 13. We also ask you to pray that God will provide for our financial needs and give us guidance as we navigate our current situation.

Canned Food Caravan
Canned Food Caravan
Friday, October 30, 2 pm in church parking lot

Join us as a caravan of costumed students from Jana Elementary travel to our church. They have collected canned goods and other food items to be used for Noel Project! Lets cheer them on and show our appreciation.

Want to help? If you have a wagon the kids can borrow, please drop them off at Jana Elementary School before Friday, October 30. You can pick the wagons up here at the church after the event. Thank you!

Candy & Canned Food Collection
Saturday, October 31, 1-3 pm

We need to collect candy for Trunk or Treat. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community and encourage people to visit our church. Please place bags of candy into the decorated bins in the foyer and near each KidPoint Check-In location. Want to help make this year a success? Check your Connect Card for volunteer opportunities: decorate a trunk, parking, setup/cleanup, lead games, registration table or bake/buy items for Cakewalk.

Please bring a canned good to the Trunk or Treat event. The collected cans will be used to create food boxes which are given to families during the Noel Project Event. We are looking for cans of soup, chili, or meats i.e tuna, chicken, etc.

Thank you for supporting both outreach ministries.
REAL: Women's Fellowship Potluck
Saturday, November 7, 6-8 pm, Student Center

Join us for our next REAL gathering as we dive into the messy world of RELATIONSHIPS by focusing on how our relationship with God teaches us to build and sustain meaningful relationships with other women in our church and communities. Bring a dish to share and be prepared for an exciting night of worship and relationship building! Questions? Contact Kara Whitehouse at 314-795-8476.
