If you haven't logged in to the new site yet, just enter the username you already use (if you don't remember your username, it's usually your first name initial and entire last name.)  If that doesn't work, just email ASHI Headquarters at info@ashi-hla.org. 

Once you log in, the first screen you will probably see will ask you to update your preferences.  Here's what it looks like:

This page allows you to control the way you interact with other members, and how they can interact with you.  Don't worry if you aren't sure about these right now; you can always change any of these settings at a later date, by clicking on "Manage Profile", and selecting "Preferences" under "Information and Settings".  Once you're finished, be sure to click "Save My Settings" at the bottom of the page.

Once you're done there, just click on "Manage Profile" in the black "My Profile" box, and select "Edit Bio" under "Information and Settings".  Here, you can update any of your contact information, and change your password by clicking "change" in the password field.
