  • The content for Abstract Sessions 2 and 3 has switched.  Abstract 2 is now New Assays (Genomic/Proteomics) and Abstract Session 3 is now HLA for anthropology/disease association/ Genetic Polymorphism (MHC/MIC/KIR/Cytokines).  If this affects your registration selections, please be sure to update your registration.
  • Space is still available in Workshop 5, please be sure to select this option when registering if interested.
  • Annual Meeting registration is required in order to attend Monday's Inspectors' Training Workshop. Please remember to select this option during registration if you're planning to attend this workshop.

Session Spotlight!
Workshop 5 is designed to promote interaction, exposure and knowledge to non-PhDs through small discussion groups. This session is limited to 80 - 120 participants.

Format:
  • 10-12 individuals at 8-10 small group tables
  • Each table will be led by a facilitator
    Registrants can pre-select 4-6 topics, the top 6 topics indicated by participants will be discussed
  • 5 minutes allocated for each presenter to share abstract/case study to the entire workshop
  • 5 minutes for each table to discuss topic
  • 1-2 minutes for each facilitator to report their best table conclusions to entire workshop
    This will repeat for each topic
     
To participate in this workshop you must be a non PhD. Space is limited so be sure to register for this session early!

When registering, remember to indicate if you would like to attend this session by checking the appropriate box. ASHI Headquarters will provide a secondary registration confirmation and additional details for this session. Once this session reaches the maximum participants it will close.
