Please note that the ASHI Quarterly quiz deadline and identification number were inadvertently left off the second quarter issue that was recently mailed out. The deadline to submit your quiz answers is September 1st, and the identification number is 38-2-2014.

Dear Colleague,

The ASHI Proficiency Testing Committee is seeking feedback on the ASHI PT Program so that we can serve our ASHI community better. Please take a few minutes to complete our survey. We would like to hear back from all interested individuals regardless of whether or not you are currently participating in the ASHI PT Program.

Please forward this survey to staff in your laboratory who participate in the ASHI Proficiency Testing survey (those who perform the assays, analyze results, enter the data into PT software, etc.) as we are seeking feedback from users of all phases of testing.

The survey will be open until Monday, August 4th.
