Scott Shoes trials are this Wed, June 4th at 5:00PM. Meet our sales rep. Learn what's new in the Scott lineup, then take a pair of Scott's out on a run. Run as far as you want, just need to return the shoes by 6:30pm.  What a deal!

Who?   You!

What?  45-minute core strengthening classes

Where?   Gallagher Fitness

When?   Every Tue & Thur, 6/10 thru 7/31

Why?   Increase your flexibility. Get your glute muscles to fire effectively. Strengthen your core. 

 

Your core is the fulcrum of your body. It not only includes abdominal muscles, but also the back, obliques, hips, and glutes. If the fulcrum is weak, the stride-length may be altered, the hips may dip, the legs may kick out to the sides, and injuries may eventually stem from improper runner mechanics. This class will help strengthen the core, and in turn help improve your form, minimize the chance of injury, and make you an overall stronger and fitter runner!

 

What's the cost?  Each class is $12.
