Why? Increase your flexibility. Get your glute muscles to fire effectively. Strengthen your core.
Your core is the fulcrum of your body. It not only includes abdominal muscles, but also the back, obliques, hips, and glutes. If the fulcrum is weak, the stride-length may be altered, the hips may dip, the legs may kick out to the sides, and injuries may eventually stem from improper runner mechanics. This class will help strengthen the core, and in turn help improve your form, minimize the chance of injury, and make you an overall stronger and fitter runner!
