TSAHC Now Offering Conventional Loans

TSAHC is pleased to now offer a special conventional loan product available only through housing finance agencies like TSAHC, trough Fannie Mae.

The Fannie Mae HFA Preferred product has all the benefits of a conventional loan and can save home buyers thousands of dollars in upfront and monthly out of pocket expenses when compared to a standard conventional or traditional FHA loan.

Know a Deserving Veteran?

The Affordable Communities of Texas-Veterans Housing Initiative (ACT-VET) is a program of TSAHC, created in partnership with Bank of America and the National Community Stabilization Trust.

The program provides low and no-cost homes to U.S. Military Veterans who are disabled and/or low-to-moderate income. This housing initiative provides eligible veterans with the opportunity to buy at a discount or receive as a donation a rehabbed or renovated foreclosed home.

We are currently seeking fully disabled veterans in the El Paso, Houston and Laredo areas for potential home donations. If you or someone you know is interested in the program, please contact Jo Ropiak at jropiak@tsahc.org
