Expired Website Security Certificates
At this time every year I am asked about the following warning message when someone tries to visit one of their websites:
 | Expired Website Security Certificate |
Websites on the Internet have "Security Certificates" associated with them and sometimes the certificate expires. The owner of the website must fix this problem. So if you are visiting a website that you have gone to before just click "Yes" to proceed. But if this the first time you are visiting the website then the safest thing to do is click "No" and try again at a later date (or, to be on the safe side, abandon going to that website at all). Certificates often expire on December 31st so that is why you see this message in January.
I hope the new year brings you peace, joy and prosperity. Happy New Year!

Some of my clients do not realize that my business has expanded to all mobile devices. In fact, any consumer electronic product that you can purchase I can help you with. So if you would like help setting up or syncing your new smartphone or tablet or connecting your new WiFi TV to the Internet, just let me know.
