In this issue of our E-News, we are pleased to honor two of our incredibly talented Life Purpose Coach® grads: Jo Ann Fore (TN) and Diane O'Connor (WI)! Stay tuned next month to meet Dr. John Fernandez (TX).
Please join us in fervent prayer for our 5-year review and re-certification with the International Association of Continuing Education Training (IACET). Thus far, our LPCCI leadership team has faithfully provided a trainload of documentation to IACET; now it's time for our site visit in Southern California! This has been and is an arduous process, so know that your prayers are appreciated.
Congratulations to our recent January/February graduates in a wide variety of classes, ranging from Course #101-201 (Basic Coaching Skills & Marketing), Course #301 (two-day coaching facilitations), and Course-R (Certified Recovery Coaching)! What an incredible group of students in each program. We are pleased to welcome these grads into our LPCCI family of coaches! Class Registration is now open for March classes at many levels. Inquire today to hold your spot.
LIFE PURPOSE COACH® CHALLENGE:
Write these two character faults, Pride and Impatience, across the top of a sheet of paper to create two major columns. In each column, write the names of the people you've harmed because of your pride or impatience. (It's okay to put a name in both columns.) Next cross out those headings and replace them with Humility and Patience, respectively. Reflect prayerfully about the difference the new behavior could make in the lives of those you've listed. Repeat this exercise, as necessary, with any other character faults. And don't forget to enlist prayer partners! (excerpted from Dr. B's recovery devotional, May 28)

HONORING JO ANN FORE
LIFE PURPOSE COACH® AND AUTHOR
 | Jo Ann and LPCCI Founder Katie |
JO ANN WRITES: I'm so very thankful for LPCCI. Seven years ago, I interviewed a spirited, purpose-filled fireball, Dr. Katie Brazelton, for an international Christian women's magazine. She spoke of how God had a purpose designed solely for each of us, and how for years she had successfully utilized a Holy Spirit-driven process that pulled women toward their purpose. Katie's words and her passion pierced my own search for significance; I wanted more. Much more. I quickly aligned with LPCCI and soaked in every training course that time and energy allowed. With personal coaching from both Katie and her trained facilitators, it wasn't long before I was a changed person. Changed from the inside-out; the sort of change that lasts.
What I'm up to now: Something I've learned is that just because we walk through some hard stuff in life, it doesn't mean God's purpose for us changes. I spent too many years in the "in-between," this stalled out-place between the pain of life's hurts and the joy of God's purpose; stuck somewhere between parenting, a busy career, and a messed-up belief system. Because I've walked this journey, I'm passionate about helping women find their voices, helping them make their lives count.
As an author and a coach, I spend my days helping women uncover any toxic beliefs that soil their lives and twist their thinking, that keep them from God's plan -- and it's the training I received as a Life Purpose Coach® that helps me do that. [Thank you, Katie and Team LPCCI!]

HONORING DIANE O'CONNOR,
LIFE PURPOSE COACH® AND INSTRUCTOR
DIANE WRITES: In the fall of 2006, I attended a Life Purpose Coach®-Facilitator Training (Courses #101-201-301) in Laguna Beach, CA, where Katie connected me with inspiring women, many of whom I'm still in contact with today. In fact, three of them have become lifelong, trusted friends: Cindy Tannehill, Darlene Lund, and Betsy Ringer.
We four bonded again in 2007 at the training in Kauai (80 men and women). It was there that we decided to form a cohort, connecting monthly by phone for inspiration and encouragement. Over the past six and a half years, we've spurred each other on in our unique callings and have seen each other through life's ups and downs. I'm so very grateful for these relationships ~ what a blessing these women have been to me! Thank you, Katie, for bringing us together, as well as introducing us to those great souls from other training classes like in 2008.
Diane O'Connor is a Life Purpose Coach®, Facilitator, and Instructor through LPCCI, and the Founder of WiLDfire® Connection Inc, a nonprofit ministry that equips women to live and lead from the inside-out. She is also trained through Gallup Faith in Strengths Performance Coaching, and holds a Masters Degree in Ministry Leadership through Rockbridge Seminary. She recently stepped down from her church staff position after ten years of service to expand her leadership coaching to the church and not-for-profit sector in her community and beyond.
Weaving together servant-leadership principles using a coach-approach, Diane designed an effective strategy for leadership development in the church: Leader to Leader Group Coaching. It's a lively, interactive process that energizes and equips leaders and emerging leaders to live and lead through eight monthly group coaching sessions. Participants encourage and learn from each other through group facilitation, authentic discussion, required reading, and reflective homework. They take personalized steps to clarify their design and calling, to live intentionally, and to lead like Jesus.
In June of 2013. Diane began to train others to fa cilitate her group coaching process. In fact, Pastor Marykay Moore (a Life Purpose Coach® and Facilitator whom Diane met through LPCCI in 2008) traveled to Wisconsin to attend the Facilitator Training. Marykay and her team are now using Leader to Leader Group Coaching™ as a strategy to develop leaders in Canton, Ohio.
