We are delighted that your author will participate in an event during our annual Fall Discovery Show at The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel in Denver, Colorado, being held from Thursday, October 6 through Saturday, October 8, 2016.

Our website gives critical, timely, and complete information to publicists, publishers, and authors' representatives about their MPIBA-invited author's appearance at the Show.

 
Complete the online-only "Author and Full Meal Table Reservation" Form if :
  1. You are a publicist with a confirmed MPIBA-invited author(s) speaking at a meal event or function.
     
  2. You are a publisher who wants to reserve a full table at a meal event where your author is speaking.
     
  3. You are a publisher who wants to purchase extra meal tickets for a meal event for your company sales reps, visitors, and guests who are not seated at a purchased full table.

Author books for events can begin arriving at Coast to Coast Trade Show Services. Please note that you cannot ship author books directly to the hotel or to MPIBA.

We require 200 books for the Author Banquet, 150 books for the Breakfast Meal Events and the Reading the West Luncheon, and 125 books for Young Readers Roundup and Books & Brews.

-We will contact you if your author's books haven't arrived at Coast to Coast Trade Show Services, so you will have time to ship them before our final book check-in.
-Any books not received by September 16, 2016 will have to be expedited to reach the MPIBA Show on time.

Deadline for room reservation at The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel in order to obtain the MPIBA room rate.
