MPIBA has made the decision to only produce catalog with imprinting

We believe your logo and branding should be reflected on anything you choose to display in your bookstore. Many bookstores received imprinted catalogs last year for the first time ever; if you'd like to increase the number you'll receive this year, please give us a call at (800) 752-0249.

Your imprint proof

In your July mailer packet, we included a proof of the imprint for your store (although on a heavier, brighter stock than the actual catalog will be). Your logo appears on the front cover, and the bottom of the back cover contains a coupon, ad, map, or customer message that MPIBA has designed for you. Please respond to the individual note on that proof.

Deadline for imprint approvals and final shipping instructions. No changes can be made after this date.

MPIBA will invoice you for Fall Discovery Show charges and for Membership Dues for 2016.

Winter Catalog shipping charges, if any, will be billed separately. If you are new to the imprint process this year, your shipping is free, no matter how many imprinted Winter Catalogs you order.

You can then pay by credit card or you can send a check to the address listed on your invoice.

Late October through November 2015

Imprint orders greater than 6,000 catalogs placed on trucks for delivery to newspapers and bookstores; allow at least two weeks for delivery.

Imprint orders less than 6,000 catalogs -- and catalogs delivered to store addresses and for Every Door Direct Mail -- are shipped out via ground service in boxes of 500 with packets of Shelf Talkers included.
