Deadline for imprint approvals and final shipping instructions. No changes can be made after this date.

MPIBA will invoice you for Winter Catalog shipping charges, if any, Fall Discovery Show charges, and Membership Dues for 2016. You can then pay by credit card or you can send a check to the address listed on your invoice.

November 2015

Imprint orders greater than 6,000 catalogs placed on trucks for delivery to newspapers and bookstores; allow at least two weeks for delivery.

Imprint orders less than 6,000 catalogs - and catalogs delivered to store addresses and for EDDM - are shipped out via ground service in boxes of 500 with packets of Shelf Talkers included.

ALL Winter Catalogs are imprinted with your store's logo, branding, and message. MPIBA no longer offers "regular, non-imprinted" catalogs.

Shipped via Ground Service

Shipping is FREE for your first box of 500 imprinted Winter Catalogs; MPIBA will invoice you for shipping on the balance of your order at $15 per box of 500 catalogs.

Catalog Orders over 6,000

Shipped via Truck

Your shipment is sent by truck to the store, newspaper, other locations -- destinations you specify -- and you will receive an estimate of trucked freight charges.

After your approval of the estimated charges, MPIBA will invoice you and you can pay by credit card or by sending a check. This will happen after the Fall Discovery Show in October 2015.
