The deadline for completion is August 17, 2015, but wall spaces in the Exhibit Hall and Pick of the Lists slots sell out first ... so be sure to access this page and complete your form as soon as possible.

After completion, MPIBA will invoice you (please do not pay from the totals shown on the online Exhibitor Reservation Form), and payment is due by September 17, 2015.

This is the shipping and drayage information for the upcoming Fall Discovery Show.

Please note that it is three times more expensive to ship your books and materials directly to the hotel than it is to ship to Coast to Coast Trade Show Services.

The hotel does not have the personnel/facilities for handling, overseeing, or storing your Trade Show shipment, and MPIBA never knows where your valuable items might end up. Coast to Coast and MPIBA must then find your shipment, identify it, remove it from the hotel, store it, and deliver it back in time for the Trade Show, which is time-consuming and costly.

If you ship directly to the hotel, you will incur additional charges from Coast to Coast for handling your shipment.

New Exhibitors: You are welcome to bring several boxes directly into the Exhibit Hall on set-up day (Thursday, October 8, 7:30am) by using bell captain services at the hotel. However, if you have a pallet of books or other large materials, you must send directly to Coast to Coast Trade Show Services. Otherwise, you will be charged re-shipping and re-delivery charges if you ship directly to The Renaissance Hotel or to MPIBA.

Please use the shipping labels provided in this packet, as they identify whether your shipment is destined for the exhibit hall floor or for an author appearance at the Show.

You do NOT need an MPIBA-assigned table number in order to complete the Order Form in this Exhibitor Services Manual.

The online schedule includes key target dates for events by month, authors confirmed to date, and a preliminary schedule for each Show day.  

 

New Exhibitors:  "Are You a First-Timer?"
Join veteran Fall Discovery Show exhibitor Kurtis Lowe from Book Travelers West to discover tips and techniques for making the most of your first Show. Prefunction area outside the Colorado Ballroom at 7:15pm, followed by the "Discover Us Get-Together" in the hotel lobby bar at 8:00pm where you can meet and mingle with booksellers, other exhibitors, publishers, and MPIBA Board and staff.
