Draft Strategic Plan consultation

Draft Strategic Plan for Health and Social Care Integration

The time is now.

For over a year now, we have been gearing up for the Integration of Health and Social Care in Fife. We're working hard to make sure it's as straightforward as possible to respond.

What is the draft Strategic Plan?

  1. Sets out the partnerships four strategic priorities;
  2. How they intend to commission services;
  3. What they think the impact of the commissioned services will be.

Why get involved?

This is a significant opportunity to seek to influence major changes in public services. The strategic plan defines service delivery over the next three years in Fife.

Third Sector Surgeries

We have held four surgeries across Fife so far to provide a third sector focused, whistle-stop tour of the draft strategic plan. We're keen to hold more and are happy to speak with service users, boards or any other group you work with or are a part of. Just get in touch with Christine to arrange this.

We will also be hosting three more surgeries in Fife - these are very informal so just pop along if you're free, we'll be delighted to see you.

Workshop 1
Date: Wednesday 18 November 2015
Time: 11.00am - 12.30
Venue: Volunteer House, 69-73 Crossgate, Cupar, KY15 5AS

Workshop 2
Date: Monday 23 November 2015
Time: 10.00am - 11.30
Venue: New Volunteer House, 16 East Fergus Place, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1AT

Workshop 3
Date: Friday 27 November 2015
Time: 2.00pm - 3.30
Venue: Craig Mitchell House, Flemington Road, Glenrothes, KY7 5QF

Some of the feedback we've had from the surgeries so far:
"I feel the surgeries provided by FVA are extremely useful. FVA have stripped the draft plan down and are explaining the important pieces of information that would probably have been missed which encourages people to take part and have their say." Carolann Haddow, Circles Network.
