The continued activity for Q2 confirmed what we felt in Q1, namely, that the market has turned to the positive. We expect this trend to continue in Q3. Expect to see a trend towards outsourcing and a move towards other locations away from the east and west coast. Expect to see a continued demand for qualified professionals since, as we've said before, there is an upcoming demographic shift taking place within the industry.
