Good 2013 to everyone!
The search environment finished at a reasonable pace for 2012 with anticipation for slow but steady growth in 2013. We are cautiously optimistic. Most of the searches in 2012 were driven by strengthening of certain company functional areas, robust recruiting situations at select companies and changes made due to transitions which occurred after bonuses were paid out. The year 2013 is expected to be much of the same. While the open roles aren't being driven by growth, the roles are out there.

Most of you know us as a high quality provider of Search services, but did you know that we also offer services which revolve around building out Consulting Teams for a specific project and Staff Augmentation services? Our niche focus has allowed us through the years to develop deep relationships with quality people who know the industry.
