Web Meetings will Discuss Proposed Changes
|
The Office of Community Services released the current draft of ROMA Next Generation (for the first of two public comment periods) on June 16, 2016 through the Federal Register. This comment period will r un for 60 days and provide the Community Action Network and others an opportunity to offer feedback.
To help inform the Network's feedback to OMB/OCS on ROMA Next Gen, the Partnership is hosting three web meetings to discuss the current ROMA NG draft with the Network The Partnership will convene three web meetings, organized by blocks of regions. The web meetings will briefly review major issues related to ROMA NG (as raised by the Network) and recent changes to the framework, with most of the time focused on facilitated discussion. Note this is not a series, each meeting will have the same agenda.

*Note: Agencies may attend any of the regional webinars. However, the regional structure aims to create balanced (size) groups, to allow for more in-depth conversation.

This 60-day period is our primary window to inform the process.
