The LCRC Emerging Practices Summit will provide cluster group members from the Bundling Services to Improve Outcomes and Decreasing Family Homelessness groups with individualized guidance and technical assistance on their current work plans. Additionally, participants will learn from each other about promising and emerging service delivery approaches, will sharpen strategies, and increase peer connections.Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will serve as facilitators and guide participants as they explore techniques for implementing promising practices, managing performance, and effectively measuring outcomes.

This two-day Summit will blend a mix of training, technical assistance and peer-to-peer learning to share innovative practices related to decreasing homelessness and bundling services. The Summit will provide an opportunity for participants to hear how other agencies are implementing services, share their approaches to service delivery, and discuss innovative recommendations for improving programmatic efforts.
