The Office of Head Start has released its Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM)  with comments due back by August 18, 2015.

Given the linkage of Community Action and Head Start, we believe it is important to ensure the voice of the Community Action Network is heard during this process.

The Community Action Partnership and CAPLAW are convening a joint national webinar on Wednesday, August 5th at 4:00 ET/3:00 CT/2:00 MT/1:00 PT to provide an overview of the critical aspects of the NPRM and  thoughts on areas where comments may be needed.  In addition, we want to hear from you on the webinar about areas that need focused attention comment back to OHS.
