LAS VEGAS, Nevada-(4 February 2013)-The Winter 2013 digital and print issue of Asian & Pacific Islander CONNECTION (formerly API Chronicle), a quarterly publication featuring the stories and cultures of Nevada's fastest growing racial group, is now available.

Marking the Year of the Snake, the Winter issue includesLas Vegas' Lunar New Year events, including the 2nd annual Chinese New Year in the Desert four-day celebration in downtown Las Vegas.

The cover story features Dr. Suzie Su and her journey from fleeing Vietnam on a boat a week before the fall of Saigon in 1975 to becoming one of Las Vegas' prominent businesswomen.
