Press Release: Dubai - 2nd September 2013
Now in its second year, The Global Travel Marketing Forum will draw on the experience of a diverse range of speakers to debate the latest trends and issues in Travel Marketing.
The Travel Marketing Store has today announced its compelling line-up of speakers at The 2nd Global Travel Marketing Forum.
New market entrant online travel sites Wego and Cleartrip will reveal their latest developments and how they are creating a new market for themselves in The Middle East.
The online travel referral site TripAdvisor and global social network provider Facebook will provide fresh insights on what influences travel choices.
Seecrypt, a main sponsor, will discuss the need for privacy for corporate and high profile travellers and how their new applications can achieve this.
Insights will be provided from consumer research specialist, YouGov. Technology companies SkyTech and Amadeus will reveal their views on the latest wave of technologies to influence the travel sector.
Martin Craigs, the CEO of The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) will develop the theme of the conference, the creation of "The Complete Visitor Economy".
Duncan Alexander, Director at The Travel Marketing Store stated "we are delighted by the diversity of the speakers at this year's event. We set out to create such a programme following the theme of PATA's Annual Conference. Creating and sustaining a visitor economy is now viewed by many governments as a central policy for economic development and Dubai and the UAE are excellent examples of how this approach can work. It can only be achieved by a committed and integrated government and private sector approach to develop Travel and Tourism".
The event is to be held at the Madinat Jumeirah on 25th September 2013 and tickets can be purchased via The Travel Marketing Store web site.
