We seek to build bridges and promote mutual understanding by encouraging respectful interfaith dialogue and the search for common ground beyond our differences.

Interfaith Fall Festival of Gratitude
global interfaith People of all faiths, and those who espouse no faith, are invited to share food and fellowship--and to explore the meaning of gratitude in different traditions. As we approach the thanksgiving season, we are asking people of different faiths to reflect on what it means to feel gratitude. Please join us and bring food to share with others. Sunday, November 24: 4-6p.m. Elim Lutheran Church: 321 9th Street North, Fargo. For information: call David B. Myers--701 388-7368.

New Resources on Major Faiths and Secular Worldviews
Please consider visiting the Center's Interfaith Library to check out new books, magazines, and journals purchased with funds from a Bremer Grant. You are invited to come in and browse. Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday--1-4p.m. If you wish to call to make an appointment: 701 388-7368.
 One-on-One Guidance
If you would like to explore a faith or secular worldview, we will provide you with suggestions for reading and, if you wish, introduce you to representatives of different religious communities or secular organizations. It is like a free tutorial. For example, if you would like to learn more about Buddhism and Buddhist meditation, we have the resources to guide your study. The same can be done if you have an interest in Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, etc.
