Kanomax has been making anemometers for over 60 years!
With over six decades of experience measuring airflow Kanomax has come up with a large line of anemometers that cover a variety of applications and specialized needs. These range from simple, inexpensive handhelds to specialized multi-channel and high temperature anemometers.
If you're new to measuring airflow or have been tasked with purchasing an anemometer for your company but aren't a technician, you may find our guide to the different anemometers we offer helpful. It gives a brief overview of each type including key features and sample applications.

Anemomaster Model 6162 High Temperature Anemometer
 The 6162 is a unique instrument designed to measure air velocity accurately, even at high temperatures. The unit is perfect for drying process control, forming processes such as that used in creating films or solar panels, exhaust measurements from a boiler or incinerator, or quality control for equipment such as ovens and incubators. Accuracy is particularly important in forming and drying processes where an even steady airflow could make the difference between salable product and a costly disaster. The unit comes equipped with analog output and onboard datalogging making it easy to integrate into your process and control operations. Probes are available in 500mm or 1000mm lengths with optional 2000mm extension rods available. Be sure to order both the main unit and the probe that best fits your needs as both components are required to take measurements.
