New Portable LPC Demo Video
Our Marketing Team has been busy adding new videos to our website to help explain our products. The latest offering is a video tour of the 3910 and 3905 portable particle counter units by our CRCC Sales Manager Mark Lipman. In the video Mark explains what accessories ship with the portables and givs you a guided tour of the basic screens and walks you through the steps to setup and start a measurement.
We also have a separate video spotlight of the features of these units and another video that features our three handheld particle counter features.

New Odor Monitor from Kanomax!
|
Locate odor sources and confirm effectiveness of odor remediation projects
New handheld odor meters from Kanomax offer a highly sensitive way to track and identify odor sources. The meter is an excellent, simple-to-use tool for odor analysis. It can indicate the relative strength and odor classification numerically by comparing the odor gas to purified air.
The unit features: simple operation, flexible use for various situations, real-time sampling mode displays changes in odor strength continuously and a memory sampling mode that saves data based on the selected sampling rate. (Up to 32,732 records in up to 511 files)
Three models are available for application specific needs:
- Model OMX-SRM: Designed for odor source at factories, incinerator plants, or effluent treatment facilities (suitable for Ethanol, Acetone, Hydrogen and similar odors)
- OMX-ADM: Evaluates the effectiveness of deodorizing at hospitals or nursing homes etc. (good for Hydrogen Sulfide, Methyl Mercaptan, Ammonia and similar odors).
- OMX-TDM - VOC measurements for IAQ investigation (good for VOC detection such as toluene)
All three versions ship complete with software and a USB cable to download data to your PC for analysis.

Versatile Cleanroom Monitoring
|
Need a Solution that fits your Application and your Budget?
With our diverse and growing selection particle counters, Kanomax has the right solution for you.
Handhelds such as the 3-channel 3887 or the multi-parameter 5-channel 3886 are great for spot checks or certification of small cleanrooms.
Our portables are the smallest and lightest in the industry. We offer two models, the 50 LPM 3910 and the more economical 1 CFM model 3905. Both are ISO21501-4 certified and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. IQ/OQ is also available upon request. The units come standard with a large color touch screen with an easy to navigate, user-friendly interface and can simultaneously measure and display up to 6 particle sizes. Check out our new video introduction if you'd like an audio guide to the features available for these portable units. We also offer several levels of 24/7 monitoring, from the simplified Ethernet enabled, AES-1000 with its bright visible LED display to a fully modular cleanroom monitoring system that can be designed from the ground up to fit your exact application, or added one sensor at a time to any existing system via our new sensors with analog output.
Visit our particle counter page and checkout our lineup or download one of our helpful guides that walks you through the process of selecting the right particle counter for your application or takes you through the basic process of certifying a cleanroom.

Portable Aerosol Mobility Spectrometer (PAMS)
|
World's Smallest and Lightest Portable Aerosol Mobility Spectrometer
The new PAMS unit, developed using technology licensed from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH); the unit is smaller and lighter than conventional Scanning Electrical Mobility Particle Size Spectrometers. PAMS is an electrical mobility size spectrometer designed for portable, mobile, or handheld aerosol sampling applications. It provides the number-weighted diameter distribution of aerosols over the entire submicrometer range in one scan. The unit uses a nonradioactive bipolar aerosol charger to allow easy access to sampling sites with tight safety regulations. Its bipolar charger significantly reduces measurement uncertainty of larger particles in the submicrometer range. Applications Include: Personal Nanoparticle/Aerosol Exposure Measurement, Workplace protection factor measurement of respirators, Atmospheric process studies, Air pollution and air quality measurements, Combustion and engine exhaust emission measurements, Filtration studies, Inhalation toxicology studies and Indoor air quality studies.
