New Analog Particle Sensors
Kanomax is pleased to announce the avail-  ability of new analog output particle sensors. These new sensors have a 4-20mA output that allows them to be integrated with existing facility management or cleanroom systems. The sensors are compatible with the Kanomax Cleanroom Monitoring System and can also easily be integrated into 3rd party systems. They are available in 0.1 and 1.0 CFM flow rates, detection sensitivity is 0.3 microns, are ISO21501-4 compliant and come with NIST traceable certificate. The enclosures are made of durable easy to clean stainless steel. Because it can be integrated into an existing system the cost of adding one of these particle sensors is very economical. We have a new datalogging and ViewLink PC software package that's a powerful tool for large scale, continuous facility monitoring. Sensors (such as particulate, temperature, humidity and pressure) placed in critical or key locations connect to dataloggers, which in turn can integrate with an existing network (wired or wireless) and transfer the data to the system software. The software then provides remote monitoring, alarm warnings and reporting. Remote alarms includes: emails, text messages and even phone dial-out to notify operators or administrators. T he AES-1000 particle monitoring system provides near real time stable particle measurements at low cost. Measurement covers the equivalent range of ISO class 5 through ISO class 8. It uses a long life semiconductor laser to detect optical scatter by particles and an integral heater to provide continuous flow by thermal convection to provide a long maintenance free life.
