New Mentorship Program in Hamilton

The Hamilton Immigrant Mentoring Partnership (HIMP), matches internationally trained professionals (mentees) with established professionals (mentors) based on their professional background and work experiences. Mentors will assist mentees in overcoming many of the employment barriers they face, in order to find suitable employment in their profession.

A commitment of 18 hours over 3 months can make a significant impact on an internationally trained professional.

To find out more about this program, please contact Oliver Pryce at 905-521-5777 ext. 25, or by email at: [email protected].

investinhamilton.ca Gets a Refresh

Over the Summer and Fall of this year, the Hamilton Economic Development Office worked on revamping the investinhamilton.ca site.  Working with local Downtown Hamilton firms 2Gen.net and Banko Media, the site has been streamlined to allow users to find information faster, and some of the most popular topics now have their own "buttons" to assist users and reducing search times. To view the new site, visit: www.investinhamilton.ca.
