Hello,
Last week 65,000 emails between PG&E and the CPUC were made public. We now have proof of collusion and back room deals on smart meters.
In September 2010 CPUC President Peevey wrote to PG&E, "there really are people who feel pain, etc, related to EMF." Peevey wanted PG&E to keep it quiet- didn't want other customers, or the rest of the world to know there's a problem with smart meters causing customers pain, etc. See Peevey's quote below, and stay tuned for more email expose!
There's a new survey for people who've been injured by EMF's by Dr. Beatrice Golomb. It took over an hour to take, but it is worth the time. See more info below.
In December the CPUC approved charging fees for people to use analog meters. The extortion fees are limited to three years, and meters will be read bi-monthly. EMF Safety Network filed a Rehearing Request in January.

Sept 2010: California Public Utilities President Michael Peevey wrote to PG&E's Brian Cherry :
"One thought for the company: If it were my decision I would let anyone who wants to keep their old meter keep it, if they claim they suffer from EMF and/or related electronic-related illnesses and they can produce a doctor's letter saying so (or expressing concern about the likelihood of suffering same). I would institute such a policy quietly and solely on an individual basis. There really are people who feel pain, etc., related to EMF,etc., and rather than have them becoming hysterical, etc., I would quietly leave them alone. Kick it around. Dr. Beatrice Golomb, of UC San Diego is conducting a study of people injured by EMF's. I have just completed taking the survey. It took me over an hour to complete- but I felt it was well worth my time. The survey is well written, and asks appropriate questions. If you have been injured by EMF's, please take the survey and pass it along to others. I believe a survey like this can help our collective cause. In January 2015 EMF Safety Network filed a Rehearing Request in the smart meter opt out proceeding A.11-03-014. We allege CPUC President Peevey intentionally delayed the case for nearly four years, neglected to address safety, the fees are coercive and the decision is illegal.
