The Abilities Connect Fund is an employer focused initiative that aims to raise awareness among employers about the benefits of hiring, integrating and retaining people with disabilities. 

  

Through the Abilities Connect Fund, we provide financial assistance to employers to create experiential learning employment opportunities for postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities. The Fund also helps to remove financial barriers associated with accommodating employees with disabilities in the workplace.
