CORE Survey - Your Help is Needed!
Get a 12 oz. Coffee or Hot Chocolate for Completing the Survey!
If you have completed the CORE survey, thank you! We need a few more students to complete the survey to reach our goal, to have good confidence in our results, and to contribute well to the national data.
The survey is administered by the CORE Institute at Southern Illinois University. This anonymous survey is the most comprehensive national alcohol & drug survey for higher education. Our data will contribute to national norms, but more importantly will help guide planning and programming to promote the wellbeing, safety, and academic success of our entire community!
If you have already started the survey, you can still finish it! You just need to enter the number the program generated for you when you logged on the first time. (Your e-mail is not linked in any way to your responses.) Or, if you haven't started the survey yet, please consider adding your voice to our results! To start the survey, go to https://coresurvey.com and enter the 5-digit code 19132 without a password.
As a "thank you" for your time and thoughtfulness in completing the survey, you will receive a gift card for a complimentary 12 oz. coffee or hot chocolate beverage at the Barista. You will also be eligible to enter a drawing for a $25.00 gift card for Amazon.
Your efforts in helping us to gather quality information about our campus climate will ultimately help to make W&J a better learning community for each and every student! Please consider providing your viewpoints on this important aspect of your well-being.
