Good morning, everyone,

I wanted to share Part III, the final article in a series of three I was asked to write for Claims Journal that was published online this week addressing Cost Containment as it relates to home modifications under Worker's Compensation.  Part I covered the key elements in arriving at an Accurate Scope.  Part II addressed Achieving a Reasonable Price as part of the Cost Containment formula.  Part III deals with Time Management and ties all of the pieces together.
I hope you find the information helpful in dealing with what can, oftentimes, be a frustrating and costly niche area of Worker's Compensation.  I believe strongly in sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained from both construction and insurance industries to better equip claims professionals with the tools to effectively manage these unique claims and see better outcomes for both carriers and the injured worker.

Please feel free to reach out to the David Corey Company if you have any comments or feedback on this article.

Sincerely,
