Summer Programs at the
Institute of Science
The Institute of Science celebrates the season with daily planetarium and bat programs through August 31. New this summer, Robot Explorers examines the amazing and sometimes unexpected discoveries of the unmanned space probes launched at the end of the last century. This program also includes a brief live sky tour that will focus on some of the latest information from our robot explorers.
The Organization for Bat Conservation presents day AND night programs this summer. In addition to twice daily tours of the Bat Zone, visitors are invited to take a campus walking tour at dusk each Friday night to search for bats living on Cranbrook's campus while learning about the benefits, habitats, and challenges of these fascinating creatures.
