CHFA West Annual Show to sample many of our products including Tipsy Tapas; Sweet or Hot  Peppers as well as Baby Squash. All tapas are stuffed with Austrian cream cheese. Also available will be our ever popular Mediterranean Olive Bruschetta served in Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups.

The show is held at the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building.  Stop by the Terra International Booth #627 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Dirty Martini
 
Ingredients: 

2½ ounces gin (vodka)
½ ounce dry vermouth
¼ - ½ ounce Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy Dirty Martini Mix or Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy Spicy Dirty Martini Mix, to taste
Olive(s for garnish

  

Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir. Srain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with olives.
 
 
Every brunch should begin with a Bloody Mary and we have two distinctively different garnishes to make your "Bloodies" or Caesars anything but ordinary.


Bloody Mary 

Ingredients: 
1-1/2 oz (1 jigger) vodka 
1/2 cup tomato juice 
2 tsp fresh lemon juice 
1 tsp horseradish 
Worcestershire sauce to taste 
Tabasco to taste 
1 Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy Cocktail Stirrer
Preparation: 
Combine vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, 1 cup ice cubes, and salt and pepper to taste. Shake the mixture well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a Tipsy Cocktail Stirrer.


The Cajun Mary 


Ingredients
1 (16oz.) jar Sable & Rosenfeld Sweet & Spicy Tipsy Cocktail Stirrers 
1 ½ oz. vodka 
½ oz. lime juice 
2 dashes each Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce 
Cajun seasoning 
Tomato juice 

  

 
 
Preparation: 
To a tall glass rimmed with Cajun seasoning and filled with ice, add Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces, vodka, lime juice and ¼ oz. of cocktail stirrers' brine. Top with tomato juice and garnish with a Sweet & Spicy Cocktail Stirrer.

Deviled Eggs a la Sable
 

Ingredients:

12 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and shelled
6 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tsp Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy Garlic Dijon Mustard
3 tsp vinegar (any type)
4 tbsp Sable & Rosenfeld Mediterranean Olive Bruschetta or Spicy Olive Bruschetta, well-drained
Sliced Sable & Rosenfeld Vermouth Tipsy Olives for garnish 

  

   

  

   


 

Preparation:

Slice eggs lengthwise in half.  Carefully remove the yolks, leaving the whites intact.  Place the yolks in a bowl, mash and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and bruschetta.  Spoon the filling into the whites, mounding it slightly to resemble a whole egg.  Top with sliced olives.  Keep the eggs refrigerated until serving time; remove them from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving.

 
Tapas Platter
 

Ingredients:

1 jar each of Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy Tapas - Baby Squash,
Sweet Peppers, Hot Peppers

Preparation:
Nothing to prepare - just open the jars, pour off the oil and serve. 
 

Tiny Chocolate Cheese Cakes
 

 

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
8 oz softened cream cheese
6 oz melted semi-sweet chocolate
20 Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups


Preparation:

Beat egg and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Place a teaspoon of filling in each Party Cup.
Bake at 325° for 12-15 minutes or until set.
Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
Serve chilled.
