The perfect side for your Harvest Feast :


3 Pepper Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

½ cup unsalted butter

5 cups fresh yellow corn kernels

½ cup finely chopped onion

4 large eggs

½ cup milk

½ cup half and half

1 cup Sable & Rosenfeld 3 Pepper Blast

1 cup softened goat cheese

3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 Tbsp. kosher salt

¾ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1 cup (4 oz) shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese





3 Pepper Blast Dip

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350° F.  Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add corn and onion then sauté 4 minutes. Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, whisk together eggs and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl, gradually whisk in goat cheese until blended. Whisk in basil and next 3 ingredients, stir in corn mixture and ¾ cup Cheddar cheese until blended. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-qt. baking dish, sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup Cheddar cheese.

 

Bake at 350° F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven to a wire rack and cool 15 minutes.

Sable & Rosenfeld Cranberry Toffee Walnut Tarts

Ingredients:
⅔ cup sugar

¼ cup butter, melted 
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup dried cranberries
¾ cup toffee bits
¾ cup chopped walnuts
Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups



Preparation:

Preheat oven to 325° degrees.

In medium bowl mix sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, whisking to mix. Stir in cranberries, toffee bits and walnuts. 


Spoon about 1 Tbsp. mixture into each Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cup.


Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Makes 24 tarts..

Ghoulish Gibson   




Ingredients:

2½ oz Gin (Vodka)

½  oz dry Vermouth

2 Sable & Rosenfeld Vermouth Tipsy Onions

4 Whole Black Peppercorns


 

 

Preparation:

Pre-chill glass.  Fill martini shaker with ice cubes. Pour in Gin (Vodka) and Vermouth. Shake. Strain into glass and garnish with two "eyeball" Vermouth Tipsy Onions.

 

For the "eyeballs," pierce two Tipsy cocktail onions with a paring knife and place one large, black, whole peppercorn in the slit of each. Spear the onions with an extra- long cocktail pick; place across the glass with "eyeballs" looking out and serve.

 

 

Sable & Rosenfeld Mini Muffalettas

Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) jar Sable & Rosenfeld Mediterranean Olive Bruschetta

12 small dinner rolls, cut in half

6 Swiss cheese slices, cut in half

12 thin deli ham slices

12 Genoa salami slices

6 Provolone cheese slices, cut in half

Preparation:

Place 1 Swiss cheese slice half, 1 ham slice, 1 salami slice, 1 Provolone cheese slice half, on roll.  Spread 1 heaping Tbsp. Bruschetta over meats and cheeses and add roll top. Cover with plastic wrap. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.

 

Makes: 12 appetizer servings.
