Welcome to Fabulous February!

The ground hog has announced we'll have many more weeks of winter! Luckily to endure that we've got warm celebrations for Valentine's Day and birthdays of past presidents that provide us a day off work or school for a long weekend. February is a great month in spite of the snow and cold!

In Minnesota, our Spring housing market begins in February. This is the perfect time to list your home. Many folks will choose to wait until later while they get their home projects completed but you can cut down on the competition by listing now. You will have a solid pool of serious buyers who are motivated by interest rates that are still at an all-time low.

The climate has heated up with multiple offers in play for many buyers and sellers. Activity definitely demonstrates that we're moving ahead to a very strong year!

I'm happy to help you with all your real estate needs. Let me know if you need a Real Estate Equity Analysis of your home that will provide the information you need to make a decision about selling. Call, text or email me today!

Make it a fun Friday the 13th!!

Ingenious Storage Options

Most conversations about storage, and about moving up, for that matter, make us think about George Carlin. If you haven't seen his "stuff" rant, you should definitely check it out (there may be a bad word or two). He has a point, and yet...we still need more room to put our stuff. And since we don't see ourselves chucking it all and going full nomad, we're always super excited to learn new ways and find new places to put it all.

Here are the ingenious storage solutions that will help us all make room for all our stuff.

Annual Real Estate Investment Overview (AREIO)

Here's a question: when did you last review your real estate portfolio? Just like your stock portfolio or insurance policies, your real estate investment(s) should receive an annual review. This includes your personal residence too!

Markets change, properties age, interest rates move up and down - all these factors make it a good idea to sit down with me and review your real estate investments on an annual basis.

Please call or email me today to schedule your AREIO!
