Deposit Due for Ski Trip
Ski Trip-- We will once again travel to Winterplace, WV for a President's Day Weekend Ski Trip.  Tubing will be an option as well, but for an additional cost. 

Cost Breakdown:
$202 per person for 4 to a room, 3 night, 2 day
        lodging,   plus breakfast each day, AND 1 below
2 day ski lift ticket, and 2 day ski rental  
2 days of all day snow tubing
1 day ski lift ticket and 1 day ski rental plus 1 day tubing
PLUS $50 for 5-6 meals
Total trip cost is $250.

Payment Schedule
October 1  $100 deposit
January 1   $100 balance
February    $50 to bring on trip for food costs


Deposit Protocols
As of now, all deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.

Balance due dates are set as well for all trips and should be abided.  Subsidies from pumpkin patch will be added later, but cannot be used to pay deposits, only applied to balances.

Football Fanatics!
This fall Ginny is going to see some of our youth play football or play in the band at one game each month.  So she is not lonely, she would love to have company!  If you are free on Fridays and love MABC youth, plan to meet Ginny at the following games (or call her about carpooling!)

Passport Youth Camp
Youth who have completed 6th-12th grade by the end of this school year are invited to attend Passport Choices with us at Queens University, Charlotte, NC.  June 21-26

Cost breakdown:
Camp fees $355
Activity while at camp $20
Meals $ 20
Total Cost:  $395
**hopefully pumpkin patch subsidy will lessen amount by at least $100

Payment Schedule
Nov 1   $100 deposit
May 1  $275 balance
**Subsidy known by Jan
June    $20 to bring for meals
