We Wish You a Happy Christmas
|
Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year! I look forward to gathering with my family, friends and employees to celebrate! Most all of us celebrate with lots of food and are faced with tight clothing in January. Then the cycle starts all over again. My family always takes time to read the Christmas story together from Luke 2:1-20. This tradition was started by my father when I was just a child. It makes me happy when I hear the story. It is a story that has been told over 2000 years.
Many of you know that when I respond to your question, "How are you today?" I respond that I am "Happy". Many things in life make me "Happy", especially Christmas. We at Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware are "Happy" that you have chosen us to be your supplier of doors, hardware, toilet partitions and access controls. We always want to make your world more secure. We want to share happiness with you by wishing blessings to you and your family here at Christmas. Send us some of your Christmas pictures this year. We would love to share them in our newsletter.
The employees here at Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware along with me, wish you "A Happy Christmas".
I appreciate you! Ed Shimpock, AHC, VP and General Manager

Marion Elementary School Cleveland Co. Schools Division 2
Before
After
We removed old wooden frame and door unit going into the auditorium and installed a new Special-Lite frame and door unit, custom painted to match existing colors, complete with new FRP doors, continuous hinges, new panic bars, closers, thresholds and sweeps. The old doors did not latch properly and they were very happy that the new opening matched so well. This also gave them doors that could be easily exited from, and easily locked for security.

The 4850 Trine Electric Strike The 4850 Trine electric strike is the One Box Solution for rim panic exit devices. This ½" strike comes with two spacer plates included in the box, a ¼" plate and a 1/8" plate, which allow for 4 different thicknesses to be made.
Since the cavity of the 4850 is open, this one strike can cover a ½" throw up to a 1" throw. The patented anchoring pin system adds strength to any install, increasing the number of contact points between the strike and frame from two to eight.
Electronics in the 4850 allow it to automatically accept 11-28 DC power, with surge and kickback protection, making the Trine 4850 grade one electric strike for rim panics the most flexible solution on the market.

Christmas Recipe
|
Ingredients:
- 14 Cups Chex cereal
- 18 oz holiday M&M's
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate, bar or chips
- 1/2 Cup unsalted butter
- 1 Cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4-5 Cups powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Melt the peanut butter and butter in a microwave safe dish. Microwave in 30 second intervals until butter is melted. Add the chocolate a little at a time until all is melted into the mix. You might need to microwave one last time to make sure everything is melted and add the vanilla. Stir together.
2. In a large bowl add half of the cereal. 3. Drizzle half of the chocolate peanut butter mixture into the cereal in the bowl. Mix with a spoon. 4. Place one large paper bag into another one. Add 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar and half of the mixed cereal into the bag. Close this tightly and shake vigorously. Add more powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time if needed until all the cereal is coated. Add 1/4 of the M&M's into the bag and toss. Place in an air tight container. 5. Continue these steps with the remaining ingredients. 6. Keep stored in an air tight container. I personally love to keep it in the freezer, YUM!
7. Enjoy!
