Having Fun in The Fall

Hey, did you notice that it has finally gotten "COOL"? The Fall season is a great time of the year. My favorite place to go in the fall is Chimney Rock, NC. This is the place where my parents would take me on vacation many years (50-60) ago. It has continued to be a very special place to me. Have you ever gone to the top of Chimney Rock and hiked the trail over to Hickory Nut Falls? Well if you want a North Carolina Mountain High, this is what you should do. The waterfall is beautiful and the trail will create a wonderful memory for you and your family. The little shops on Main Street are quaint and historic. There are several Bed and Breakfasts in the area. We last stayed at the "Evening Shade" motel. This place is locked in the 50's. It was very clean, but brought back great memories. Many years ago there were signs all over North Carolina saying "Visit Chimney Rock". We have so many places to enjoy throughout the Carolinas. Just make time to see them with your kids and grandkids.

I want to take this time to thank all of you, our customers and friends, for creating many great memories for us over the 25 years we have been in business. It is our desire to help you with any security issues you may encounter as well as upgrade your restrooms. Thanks! You are a blessing to us.

I appreciate you!

Customer Spotlight

"I would like to take the time to thank you and all of your staff for the great job they do for us all the time. I have never asked for any job to be done by your staff at our facility at anytime that was not completed to our highest standards. I always say prices will get you in the door, but service will keep you there. Robert came by to measure some hardware for an upgrade to a pair of doors in the heart center and I told him about a problem I was having with an electric door handle assembly in another area. He offered to look at it and see if he could help. I had also called Central Security here to work on the problem because it is tied to our Galaxy Security System. Between the three of us (along with Heath on the phone) we got this very important assembly working again. I know that he had other stops to make that day, but he still took the time to help. You can always tell what type a company you are dealing with by the pride their staff takes in everything they do. You have a great staff which makes for a great company. Thanks again to all of your staff for the hard work they do daily. It is greatly appreciated!"
