Why Can't Every Day Be Like Christmas?
|
* Because we would all get tired of turkey. * Because we would be miserable after each meal. * Because we would get tired of opening presents. * Because the food would run out.
You get it! We can only enjoy so much fun, food, and fellowship before we must return to our routines.
However, if we remained in the Spirit of Christmas it would be a better world. It is a time when we become more conscious of folks who are struggling. Our hearts seem to be more "Giving and Compassionate" at Christmas. What if we maintained that attitude all year long? Wow, wouldn't that be wonderful? Wouldn't you love to see the joy that can be shared, continue all year instead of just a short period. Only you can make it happen!
Remember, the celebration of Jesus' birth is a wonderful time to rekindle relationships with family or friends. The love that He gave us can be in all of us to share with others. You can share the love! Make it happen!
I Appreciate You! Ed Shimpock, AHC, VP, General Manager

Christmas at Rhonda's House
|
Rhonda Huneycutt (Receptionist) loves Christmas and Christmas decorating. She currently has nine trees in her home; each one with a different theme. When asked she said, "Jesus is the Reason for the Season, and I really enjoy this time of year. Decorating my home for Christmas has always been one of my favorite things to do." Below she shares with us just a few of her favorite decorations.
