Do ya wanna dance?

Have you ever thought that you would like to dance? Well if you are from the Carolinas you know what we mean when we speak about "The Shag". Many folks go to the beach a couple of times a year for "SOS" (Shagging on the Sand) at Ocean Drive Beach. We have some serious shaggers here at Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware. Ned and Gayle Russell have been shagging for many years and also hold classes to teach others to dance. Another employee and his wife, Virrian and Deborah Norris, are "graduates" of Ned and Gayle's class. Ned and Gayle also taught me and my wife Lynn many years ago. Our dancing has waned over the years, but we still enjoy it occasionally. Ned and Gayle are very "smooth" shaggers. They make it look so easy and are very entertaining to watch. Virrian and Deborah have come a long way with their dancing also. Ned is a sales representative for Seven Oaks Doors and Hardware and Virrian is our Welder and Door Technician. You never know what some of us get into here at Seven Oaks Doors and Hardware.

Super Healthy Fruit Smoothie

 Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
- 4 large fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/3 cup mango juice
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Place the blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate and mango juices, milk, and honey into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
