A Team "Divided" Works Well Together?
|
|
A team divided works well together?.....That is when the team is divided between UNC and Duke. Although we have fun pulling for opposing teams, namely UNC and Duke, we stand strong together as a company team. We care for and about each other. We feel strongly about your team and how our team can work for you to make your jobs go more smoothly. As we grow and spread our wings we know there is competition wherever we go. However, we also know that you can choose the team you want to play with. We thank you for being a team player with us! You know when you are on our team it is not a "long shot" for you. When you play on our team it is a "slam dunk" when it comes to having a job run smoothly with only top notch products. If you are new to our team strategy, make a "fast break" from the competition and join our team. Our winning attitude will make all your jobs feel like victories. You will always be a high scorer when you play with the Seven Oaks Doors and Hardware team.
I appreciate you! Ed Shimpock, AHC, VP, General Manager

But as a result of purchasing from them, we found exactly what we were looking for, great products and excellent service. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I found several benefits from working with Seven Oaks Doors and Hardware, one of which was trust. You can trust them to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Another benefit is their honesty. They will tell you exactly what you can and cannot do. You can always rest assured that you will be satisfied with their work. Tips for Receiving Freight
|
Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware, Inc. is working hard to guarantee that you receive your products undamaged and in one piece. Our crating and wrapping techniques are strong and we work with the finest freight carriers, who are as just as dedicated as we are to getting you damage free deliveries.
Regrettably, accidents do happen. In the times that they do, Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware, Inc. will report the freight claim for you and work with our freight carriers to settle claims as quickly as possible. Below are a few helpful tips to make the process more effective:
- Do not hesitate! Examine all of your deliveries as soon as possible and let us know right away if there is any damage.
- Keep all damaged materials and packaging until the claim is resolved.
- If possible, take vivid pictures of all damages to products. This will make claim processing much easier.
- Before signing for deliveries, check carefully for any signs of damage. If you suspect damage or trauma to the product or packaging, sign for the delivery as damaged. It is much easier to settle freight claims if damage is reported at time delivery is accepted.
- If you receive an incomplete order, sign for it as incomplete or with missing items. Do not wait to see if the rest of it comes at a later date. Notify us right away of the missing goods. If you receive your missing items at a later time, check products very closely to make sure that the goods are not damaged.
Every situation is different and has its own issues, but these guidelines should help with your freight issues. Both Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware and our freight carriers look forward to giving you the quality shipping services that you deserve.
